Do you ship outside the United States?

Not right now. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Coffee is a food product, so all coffee sales are final and we can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to ship anything back. See our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order never arrives?

Email us at andreagiraldog@yahoo.com with your order number. We will work with UPS to find the package. If it can't be found, we will reship your order or refund it in full.

What kind of coffee is Giraldo Farms?

Every jar is 100% Colombian Arabica, freeze-dried. The beans come from family farms in the high-altitude Andean mountains of Colombia.

What does freeze-dried mean?

Freeze-drying removes the water from brewed coffee at low temperatures instead of with heat, which helps the coffee keep its aroma and flavor. Read freeze-dried vs spray-dried instant coffee for the full comparison.

How much caffeine is in a cup?

One teaspoon of our Regular, Large Jar or Organic coffee has about 44 mg of caffeine in a 6oz cup, or about 59 mg in an 8oz cup. Our Decaf has 97-99% of the caffeine removed, with at most about 7 mg in a 6oz cup.

How is the decaf made?

Our Decaf Instant Coffee is 100% Colombian Arabica, decaffeinated with a natural water process and then freeze-dried.

Is the organic coffee certified?

Yes. Our Organic Instant Coffee is USDA Certified Organic, made from shade-grown Colombian Arabica.

Is your coffee kosher?

Our Regular, Large Jar, Organic, Decaf and Amaretto coffees are Kosher OU certified. Look for the OU symbol on the jar.

Do the flavored coffees have sugar or alcohol?

Our Hazelnut coffee has no added sugar. Our Amaretto coffee gets its almond and apricot flavor without any alcohol.

How do I make iced coffee with it?

Dissolve 1 teaspoon in 2oz of hot water, pour it over a glass of ice, then top it up with cold water or milk. Try our iced instant coffee recipes.
