These terms apply when you use giraldofarms.com or buy from Giraldo Farms ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our products
Giraldo Farms coffee is a food product. We describe our products as accurately as we can, using the information on our labels. If you have allergies or dietary needs, read the label before you buy. Photos may look slightly different from the product you receive. We may change or stop selling a product at any time.
Caffeine and health information
Our coffee contains caffeine unless it is labeled decaf. Information on this site, including our blog articles, is general information and not medical advice. If you have questions about caffeine and your health, ask your doctor.
Prices, payment and orders
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
- If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example if we suspect fraud.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Shipping and refunds
See our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy. Coffee is a food product, so all coffee sales are final, but we will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, incorrect or not at all.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Reviews and comments
If you post a review or comment, you are responsible for what you write. It must be honest and must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading. By posting, you let us show, share and use your review on our site and in our marketing. We may remove any review or comment that breaks these rules.

The text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to Giraldo Farms or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
