Shipping policy

We ship Giraldo Farms coffee to addresses in the United States. Here is what shipping costs and what to expect after you order.

Shipping cost

Every order can ship by UPS Ground for an $8 flat fee, no matter how many jars you buy. At checkout you may also see other UPS and USPS options, priced at the carrier's live rate.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We can't ship to addresses outside the U.S. right now.

After you order

When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email. If your package has a tracking number, you will find it in that email.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email us at andreagiraldog@yahoo.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or a refund. Our Return & Refund Policy has the details.
