This policy explains what personal information Giraldo Farms collects when you visit giraldofarms.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our store runs on Shopify.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails, write a review, or contact us, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors through Shopify's checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect device and usage information, such as your browser, IP address, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you got to our site. We use cookies and similar tools to do this.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds or replacements.
- To send emails you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To show and manage product reviews.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- To show you our ads on other websites and social media.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the store, or when the law requires it:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
- Payment processors, which handle your payment.
- Shipping carriers such as UPS and USPS, which deliver your order.
- Email and review tools, such as Klaviyo and Judge.me.
- Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
We may also share information if we are required to by law, to protect our rights or our customers, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat advertising cookies as a "sale" or "sharing" of data. You can opt out of that use as described below.

Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
