Giraldo Farms Regular Instant Coffee is made from 100% Colombian Arabica beans sourced directly from family farms in the high-altitude Andean mountains of Colombia. Every batch is carefully selected and freeze-dried to lock in the sweet fruity aroma, good body, and well-balanced flavor that Colombian Arabica is known for.
The difference between this and ordinary instant coffee comes down to two things: the beans and the process. Colombian Arabica grown at high altitude develops more slowly than low-altitude Robusta, producing a denser bean with natural sweetness and lower acidity. Freeze-drying then preserves those qualities by removing moisture at low temperatures instead of using heat, which can strip flavor out. The result is a clean, straightforward cup with balanced flavor.
